Mayfield Manufacturing Ltd is a small family run building company, established in 1985 by Malcolm Hickson. As a NHBC registered builder wanting to comply with Water Byelaw 58 Malcolm tried to find a product which would allow easy access to pipework. When he couldn’t find it, he designed his own – ALUDUCT.

A few years later ALUDRAIN was designed for low-level thresholds.

Both these products have been specified by architects and recommended by Councils and local Water Authorities.

Clients include: Lovell, George Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Allison Homes, Kier Partnership Homes, Mowlem plc, R G Carter, Jewson’s, Grafton’s, plus many other builders and Housing Associations.

Mayfield have built up a loyal client base as a good quality general builders.  The main core business includes major house renovations, extensions, conservatories, UPVC windows and doors (FENSA registered) groundworks and project management of new builds.
